I found the owner to be unpleasant and difficult to deal with. He actually shouts at tenants and gets very angry at the drop of a hat. I'm shocked he thinks he has the right to treat people so shabbily. Especially people who pay him money every month.

The manager is friendly and responsive to requests. However, the maintenance done is cheap and on-the-fly. My kitchen light just fell down no less than three times. And the countertops are PAINTED over instead of laminated. The counters were cracking and peeling after a couple months of normal use, yet I've no doubt they'll take that out of my deposit.

And safety issues were overlooked. There was a peeping tom at my back window and I had to call the cops. Afterwards they did repair the fence and outdoor lighting. But I still don't feel safe there. Plus there are plenty of polite apt owners! I'm so happy to be leaving.
