I am not sure if Devota still lives next door or works there, but she was the slumlord when I lived there a few years ago. Had I know about this site then, I never would have been there in the 1st place. My apartment flooded and I was told to, "get my boyfriend to help clean it up," and was further yelled at for disturbing her after office hours. I came home from work to find my entire place flooded (thank god for renter's insurance). I had noticed that a portion of my carpet would get soaking wet anytime it rained, which was bad enough because the entire apartment had mold and stunk like any place with a faulty foundation would. When it rained for a few days straight, the entire place flooded and I moved out with no help or even acknowledgement from the management. I was never even given the option of switching apartments. Upon leaving and breaking my lease, they tried to take me to court! I didn't get any of my pet or security deposit back and they even tacked on ridiculous charges ($45 to replace the outlet covers') If you're looking for a crappy apartment with no a/c no dishwasher and management with no brains or integrity, this place is for you! I never felt safe there, I had someone scratching and meowing at my front door with their hand over the peep hole, trying to get me to open the door several nights in a row. As a college student (female) living alone, this was a horrible place to live. When I approached the management, I was told to tell my friends to "stop screwing around outside the complex," even though I explained to them that my friends weren't doing it and I had police reports to back it up. This place was the worst place I have ever foolishly lived and I am happy it flooded because it gave me a reason to leave early x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
