I lived tehre two years and never had a problem. Yeah, it was old and occasionally you could hear through a wall, but it's an apartment! If I wanted tranquility I'd go to the country. The place was slightly outdated, but everything was in working order and I had no problems. I had a good relationship with the management and they never bothered me about anything, probably because I payed my rent on time. Those other folks who say how bad they were, probably wanted a loft on 6th street, not an affordable apartment in south Austin. The best thing was the peacocks from the Green Pastures restaraunt. They would come strolling threw the complex with their peachicks and that was a nice thing to see.
