Please do not ever in your life rent out of peactree. I have been here for only two years and they have been threw three company's. The maintanence does not even know what they are doing I can do a better job then them. They have mold,the tile on the bathroom and the kitchen floor is turning colors every time you clean them because they are so old. The bathroon tube, needs to be reglazed because it is so old it is not even white anymore there are no screens in the windows. If you need something done you have to call at least 10 times for them to come.They painted the bedroom ceiling a different color the the walls when I complained about it they gave me the paint and expected me to paint the whole room they have a drug problem and dont even care.If you have a family and want to move please do not come here children do not need to stay here I dont even want to.

This has not been the experience of my fiance at Peachtree. Granted, he hasn't lived there long -- moved in in spring 2008 in one of the effiency units -- but the apt. is clean, appropriately painted, bathroom not new but certainly acceptable. When a hail storm cracked some windows in the entryway, management fixed them in a couple of days without a tenant request. Maybe the latest management change was one for the better.
