Not an apartment...a co-op!!! Landlord free!!!

I live in the Pearl Street Co-op and it is NOT an apartment! We have no landlord to deal with and we make out own decisions!!! Wow! Imagine that. There are about 100 people who live, work, and play here. If you want something above average then live here!!!

this place is disgusting. if you want to live with a bunch of disrespectful, unclean, loud, generally unappealing people then live here. it is always dirty no matter how much people manage to "clean" it during labor. there are always parties, and you can not control this. this place is not conducive to studying or to quiet. if you want a place to easily get laid by unattractive individuals then live here.
