My property was damaged and I was not paid back. You have to do 4 hours of labor and a suprise labor holiday (4 more hours in one weekend!!!). You can hear everything through the walls (I couldn't ever go pee because my suitemate made disturbing sounds when having sex). If they are not foreign most people are snobby or in your face. I am a people person, but I hated way too many people there. Everyone is apathic and nothing works out. Maintence guy= huge douche bag. My bath, sink, and light all got f'ed for no reason and weren't fixed (except bath after a week). Office is poorly run. I never came back on the weekends before one am, but if you are not a going-outer I would even think of living there. Not worth a penny.
