Pebble Creek has a new Manager who cares a lot about the property. Surprisingly, there is no violence here. Slowly the manager is weeding out the trouble spots. Most of the residents here are quiet and mind their own business. There's flowers, new signage, flags...welcome smileys everywhere...its really looking good. Hope it continues!
