Well, what can I say about Pebble Creek' Being a single guy looking for a roof over his head, I was happy enough to find a place that originally went for $475/month, but was disappointed that my studio place didn't come with a microwave in the kitchen, nor a medicine cabinet in the bathroom (needless to say, all my hygiene items were strewn about the sink) but I'm easy to please, and I wasn't really looking to bring dates home with me.
I don't drive a car, but ride a bike. Proximity is everything when you have to commit to going somewhere on a bike, rather than driving there on a whim. I can give no accurate rating about parking, unfortunately.
Some previous comments I read about the place appear to be dated and have since been addressed. I've never had a problem with roaches.
I'm sure there's been some question with grounds keeping, and that they must wonder why grass doesn't replace mud. Too many trees. There's so much shade in the enclosed areas that very little grass will want to grow in the well-shaded places. That's the other problem. Mud. I do not wish to track into the apartment, but it even encroaches onto the sidewalk at times. To their credit, they have washed it off.
The staff has been very friendly and helpful. I would even say they've been patient with me. When I needed a work order to fix something, they sent a worker in a timely manner, and addressed the situation, informing me of fumigation, announcements, and even a few prizes for residents for their referrals.
I didn't like the fact they went up in price to $499 for new leases. If they brought it down to $450 for studios, I'd consider going back. For single guys, I wouldn't discourage living there.
