I lived at Pecan Grove for way too long. I liked the convenient location but didn't realize there were better deals in town. The layout was bad, cars park right outside my sliding glass window in the bedroom. Very noisy cars. My upstairs neighbor must have worn army boots, she stomped like a maniac. Birds live in the trees and make noise all day long. Squak, squak, chirp, chirp!! Maintenance was slow, repairs took several days. Security was terrible, the gate gets stuck open. My truck window was smashed and my CD player stolen. Managers were non-caring. Rent went up every lease. I left when my 1 bedroom, 640 square foot apartment was now renting for over $710 a month! When I moved in it was $465. It's just not worth the money at all.
