I've been here for almost six months with no problems. My unit is clean. I have a minor ant problem in the kitchen, but no other bugs/roaches. Things are pretty quiet if you live in the buildings towards the back. There is always parking. The trees give off excessive amounts of pollen that will coat your car, so stay away from them or have to wash frequently. Out the back gate there is a big state office building. In the evening people seem to walk their dogs back there like it's a park. It kind of sucks that there is only one driving exit. Traffic on Lamar gets busy making a left-turn from the complex harrowing at rush hour. Otherwise it's a convenient location to get just about anywhere. The outside looks run-down. Inside my unit is decent and functional. I wouldn't recommend walking around outside at night if you don'g have to, but I don't feel unsafe going to and from my car.

For the price it's decent. In fact, it's alot better than compably priced apartments I have seen. I have had no problems so far (fingers crossed).
