We have been residents here at Pecan Grove Apartments for approximately 2.5 years. For the majority of our residency, which even included moving into a larger unit within the complex, life here was just that, life. We had an open and healthy relationship with the management and a flawless rental record.



Over the last year there have been several role changes in the administration and management. Throughout this period there were the expected ups and downs that are to be expected during any change in a management situation. For the most part things were still on the up and up until....



Margaret Quijano attained the role of Community Director an estimated 4 months ago life here has become an excrutitating needless hassle and disruption in our lives.



Standard maintenance requests have, which would receive a prompt and effecient response in the past, have now gone as long as 5 days without resolution even when checking on the status daily.



Two consecutive months resulted in situations regarding simple misscommunication regarding rent have asserted the fact that we are now working on locating a new residence. This was a waivering decision until her extremely poor PR skills and what I interpret as someone who is completely lacking in any cappacity the ability to deal with residents as people.



I did forget to mention when I originally posted this review how much thanks is due to Melissa Agosto. She always conducted herself in a kind and courteous manner that made us, paying residents, feel respected, appreciated as customers and moreover as people.
