Just Moved In, But Seems Good

I just moved in a little while ago at Pecan Grove, and so far I am very impressed. Both Aprils are nice, and Carl, the maintenance guy is very quick. The apartments are being remodeled over the next six months, with new siding (it looks much nicer) and a new, larger pool. I can't wait. I am in the largest one bedroom and it is perfect for me, my boyfriend, and a cat. The apartments are spaced like condos, so you can't hear much from the neighbors. Our apartment is right in the middle of a bunch of people, but I only hear stomping upstairs once in a blue moon.
