I've liked living here for the last 4 years, the apt are big and spacy and in good conditions. Like most complexes, walls are thin, but have not had any problems with upstair or next door neighbours. The complex is near the university but not close enough to be a "student place". Had some troubles, but nothing serious, in the beginning management and maintenace employess changed a lot. Police have been called several times into the complex, but nothing terrible has happened. Its safe and the staff are very corteous, they have just remodelled the whole complex. New paint, new A/C's, new garden. If you have the money go with the 2/2's. Highly recomended.
