The apartments are in a nice area and they are fairly well maintained. However, the apartment that I got had had a heavy smoker and it smelled of tobacco. PG did clean the carpets and the air ducts but it still had a slight smell.

The kitchens are small but functional. The bathrooms are minimal. The toilet clogged pretty regularly and the paint or coating of the bathtub peeled with use. Minor issues I guess.

When service was required, the maintenance man came promptly and was very helpful.

The apartments are not well insulated so we could hear every step of the person who lived above us but we got used to that. There were also quite a few noisy trucks that go through the parking lot.

The laundry room was frequently dirty and the machines did not work too well sometimes.

Lots of young neighbors who did not really care for their apartments too well and people frequently let their pets poop on whatever greenspace is around and then don't dispose of it.
