Pecan Grove Apartments

Overall, I am very pleased with my choice to live here. I was initially not thrilled with the small floorplan, but seeing as how I don't spend too much time here it hasn't really been a problem. The electricity has never been high; I have never had problems with bugs or leaks. Parking is not a problem for me, even when I come home extremely late I don't have to park more than one building away (it takes about a minute to get to my door). The management is very nice and usually helpful, despite the fact that my neighbor has told me that they used to be even better. I have not really had any complaints about my neighbors, I can hear the music from one apartment but I think its more the bass and it usually doesn't bother me because I usually have my own tv/radio on.
The pet deposit is a little steep ($450, half of which is refundable) and they add $10 a month for my cat, but she's worth it and my rent is still reasonable. The biggest reason I am even considering moving at the end of my lease is to be closer to my new job in northwest austin, and I would really prefer a washer/dryer in my unit. Although reading all of the bad reviews about other complexes makes me appreciate the one I am living in that much more.
