I recently moved into one of the 450 sq ft apartments. I leased it sight-unseen and it was larger than I had expected. There is ample parking and I have barely heard my neighbors. It feels like a safe place. The appliances in the kitchen and bathroom seem a little old, but they are perfectly fine if you're not too picky. The closet is in the bathroom in the 450 sq ft floor plan.

The place was very clean when I moved in and there were a couple of things that needed to be fixed, and I was very impressed when they were fixed that same afternoon. The staff has been extremely helpful. I think this is a perfect place to get a one or two bedroom if you need an apartment that is not too expensive but still nice. The shuttle ride is about 15 minutes to UT.
