Things might not be as they seem now, but my mother lives there and I travel to visit her quite often. Because i travel to visit her, i often spend a few days there. Her neighbors across the way are very nice, the maintenance has fixed the problems in her apartment, there is no noise at night (amazingly enough considering there's a club across the street), its peace and quiet.. the only thing i wouldn't suggest is going outside late at night alone just because of the side of town it's on. Other than that, the place is alright. i think they're under new management and everything because the manager now isn't a smoker...
