This place is by far the worst I have ever lived I'm currently living there (lease is up in Oct. WOOHOO!!)and only after having a mental breakdown did i finally get used to the loud neighbor and the booming music eminating from down stairs. The foundation in the building is totally shot..my apt slants, which consequently makes everything slant..even the oven is sideways'''' When I initially checked out the property, the mgt. (***ches from hell!!) were smoking in the office'''' I walked out of there smelling like I was just in Joe's Bar or something. After only a day of living there my new neighbor informed me he had been in and out of jail since he was 15!! NICE!!!! UGH!!!!There are about 20 kids playing in the parking lot at all times..screaming..throwing rocks...running up and down stairs...which is nothing compared to the mother's screaming obsenties at them...Bascially, this place blows with a big "B". The fact that mgt. was smoking in the office and didn't live on property should have sent me running. Unfortunately, I was suckered by the price of rent. You definately get what you pay for at Penbrook. If you want to live among the dregs of society, Penbrook is the place for you. Ex-cons, sex offenders, drug dealers..you name it, they've got it!
