Biggest complaint is noise. Living directly across from a club is horrible. Now, it isn't the club itself, but the people that frequent it. Every thursday, friday and saturday night, they just sit outside and pump the loudest, bumpingest music one can imagine until 1-3 in the morning, depending on the day.

The security gates are a joke. They're either broken (stuck open) or people somehow got the code and come and go as they please anyway. Third week living here, my car was broken into and several things stolen (which the police tracked down). A guy in a security car will sit on grounds for around 30 minutes a night before leaving, never to be seen (until the next night).

It's in a horrible neighborhood. The ghettos, pure and simple.

I don't know if it's just my apartment, but all the windows and doors are horribly sealed, leading to an inflated electric bill. The dishwasher is insanely noisy and high pitched.

Now, that said, there are some good things about the place. Every time I've had a problem, maintenance fixed it the same day. Broken lock and a messed up key, fixed within hours. Management tends to be cordial, even though they charge for EVERYTHING (including wastewater. They -will- lie to you about this and -will- charge insane late fees.)

The grounds are decently kept, though there tends to be mud everywhere from poor drainage.

I really don't recommend this place. At all. I was from out of town and, at the time, it looked decent enough. I learned my lesson. Learn from mine.
