the good bad and ugly

The good is that the apt itself is rather clean and nice. It is older so the appliances are a little old, but all and all it is roomy and they offered a month and a half free on a 15 month lease, so they prorate that into the rent, so it actually makes the rent dirt cheap.
The bad is that the buildings are falling apart on the outside. The wood is rotted and it isn't hidden, you can see it as you drive up. It can be loud on the weekends with people playing their music, but I have learned that that is pretty much anywhere. If you choose to rent here, tell them in advance if you have an animal. If they replace the carpet in your apt before you tell them, they will tell you to get rid of your animal. I am having that problem now, I knew they allowed pets so I didn't think to make sure they knew from the start. The manager told me to get rid of my dog since they replaced my carpet.
The ugly is the manager. She is really rude and sets her own rules. you do have a waterbill and if it is late at all, they will take it from your rent, and pay it first then charge you fees for outstanding rent.
