I do not recommend in staying at the Penthouse apartments. There is absolutely nothing good about living here. You know what they said, "Dont judge a book by its cover." well in this instance, JUDGE all you want. ITS UGLY, DISGUSTING, GHETTO as well as the inside.

Maintainence sucks, they take forever to come fix or they wont come at all

Bathroom-disgusting, old looking, no matter how much i clean it still smells and looks dirty

Kitchen-small, disgusting. Oven doesnt work and I have mentioned this a million times to the maintenence people but no one came to fix it
also, if you cook, you have to cook with the door WIDE open AND WINDOWS OPEN because the fire alarm is IN THE KITCHEN. i have asked them to move it but obviously they havent. And the fire alarm starts to go off 2 minutes into cooking. Who would put a fire alarm in the kitchen' seriously!'!

Room-spacious, big, only good thing about apartment

Parking-sucks, you have to park behind your roommate. And so if you are parked in the inside, you have to let your roommate know ahead of time so she can move her car so you can get out.
