When I first moved in, I thought this place was disgusting. There are still some aspects I don't like. The parking situation is terrible if you have a roommate because you have to park either in front or behind them. If you're in front then you have to let your roommate know so they can move their car. We have a fire station right down the street, so whenever there's an alarm everyone hears it. Also, maintenance takes forever to fix things. Other than that I like the apartment(I know it sounds terrible). There are some really cool people in the complex, we just got a new manager(thank God!), and it's ok if you tend to be noisy because everyone else is too lol.

It is a bit unsettling at first, but I've grown to love my Penthouse apartment =).

BTW I am in no way associated with the management, so don't even start that "it's the manager" crap.
