I'm not a whiney UT student, as I've read in some of the reviews. The apartment itself is nice, but the whole complex is filled with college students who like to party and have little respect for others. It's loud. All the time. Loud to the side, loud above, loud in the courtyard. If you like to play your stereo loud, the please move here. If you want one moment of peace, find somewhere else to live.

Also, can't say much for the neighborhood surrounding it. If you're a girl, esp one living alone, you should find somewhere else to live. High crime rate and severe creepiness will keep you from ever going to that HEB.
