i am a former renter at pinto creek. I was very unhappy with the way things were run. There are so many other nice places to live in austin my word of advice would be to shop around. ask a resident or two from the complex you are looking at.



the maintenace crew totally sucked. I dont mean they were bad. I MEAN THEY WERE BAD. When you pay that much money you expect better. The most important thing to remeber is the security is awful. cars broken into, murders, noise, its out of control. DO NOT LIVE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. THE PLACE STINKS.



The area the apartments are located in a very unsafe area for single females. Or anyone for that matter.
