I moved into Pinto Creek in June of 2002, they were vewry friendly and helpful and knew what was going on in thier neighborhood.
They had a "Cares Team" which were two ladies that helped them out with events for the residents and even brought me balloons and candy for my birthday. Once the creepy guy named Julian left the maintenance promptness got a lot better, thier guy Victor was very helpful and nice. They have had a few managers and assistant managers while I have been there and they seem to be getting better everytime, they have the same leasing person there for quite awhile and she is real nice and helpful. I never had any bug problems like others have complained about, in fact they had the pest control people there every Monday. The place looks great and is well kept. I have lived at other places in Austin and they always were closing the pool for some reason or another, and in my 13 months at Pinto Creek the pool was never closed and always clean. i would recommend Pinto Creek to any of my friends.
