Its a little noisy. Not much security.

The patio?s floor is made up of woodbars, which are too far from each other. So if the neighbor upstais has a dog you will be miserable.
Maintenance has answered pretty good when I have required it.
Community areas are nice and clean (pool, laundry and gym).
The fact that someone was killed scares the ---- out of me, tough.
Do not have any complaints so far.
