It's pretty, it's clean, and the apartments may be small and expensive--or large and REALLY expensive--but they're nice. The pool was awesome. It was beautiful and well-kept. I didn't live near the pool so I never noticed any noise, but if you live by the pool I've heard it's noisy. It felt safe there--which is crazy because it's near Riverside and there's no gate--but it was pretty safe. There was one murder there while I lived there but it was domestic,and it was the only time I didn't feel safe and it's RIVERSIDE. Those things happen. The other apartment I lived in out there (University Heights) had the HOMICIDE people there all the time. The managment staff will fix things--though it may take them awhile, but they will LIE to you about things. Make sure you memorize your lease so you can spit it at them when they try to charge you for things you shouldn't have to pay or have already paid--keep your receits.
