I've lived in 3 different apartments in South Austin, and so far Pinto Creek is the best. The staff has been nice, and when the landscaping company put a hole in my window they fixed it within the hour.

I haven't had any bug problems at all (unlike the last reviewer) and I've lived here over a year. My apartment's walls and carpet, kitchen and bathroom look well kept - but my neighbor has older carpet that was stained and older, and isn't as nice - so maybe you should take a tour of the room before you rent.
