I lived here for a year and didn't like it at all. They have this woman in the office, Tammy, who is stupid. When my dishwasher was flooding my apartment, she called and asked me to descibe the flooding....what more of an explination do you want' Then she tried to tell me that I used the wrong kind of soap! It's not rocket scince to know you use dishwashing soap in the dishwasher! We were on the 2nd floor, and we had a fireplace, and when it rained, the wall above the fireplace would leak, and you could see the difference in color and it looked horrible, so when we called maintance, they would come in with a can of white spray paint and just cover the discoloration until the next rain, not fixing the problem. When we first signed our lease, the first thing I asked was if they were in AISD, and Tammy said oh yes of course! They aren't. They are in Del Valley, so if you plan on going to ACC, be prepared to pay out of district taxes. Because of her mistake, I paied 4 times as much for my classes. We were supposed to move in on the 2nd of the month, and when we called to make sure everything was lined up for us to move in, she told us that the cleaning crew was running behind and we couldnt move in until the 8th! We had made all of our moving plans for the 2nd, a huge inconvience. I would never live here again. The UT bus route is nice, and the closeness to ACC, but their is no safety. Mine and both of my roomates cars got broken into, and one of them had theirs broken into twice. We also overpaid BIG TIME!
