I lived there for one year. My window was broken in my car and my stereo ($59) was stolen. I was about 12 cars with the windows broken out while I was living there...I'm not kidding. My bike was also stolen off of the second story balcony. The parking lot is not well lit. Someone was murdered there. The office manager yelled at me when I asked them to fix something. I had people ask me for money in the parking lot several times. The hot water ran out of my shower in 3 min. and the office said they couldn't fix it. You have to pay for water even when they leave the sprinklers on for days without turning them off. If you are a UT student, don't live here. Live in a different part of town or you will have your stuff stolen. The pipes busted 4 times in a year and my water was constantly off for days. The manager is a little crazy, so don't look her in the eye when you speak with her or she might try and fight you. Also, there was a group of homeless people camping out in the woods across the street. They were still there when I moved out. Live anywhere but here.
