ok deal if you have a large pet and desire space

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001
my husband and i lived here for 6 months. we wanted to live in the area, and have a 50 pound dog. the large one bedroom one bath was enough space for a short term living situation, and the convenience of the washer and dryer was great. the rent was high, but it was the best place in the area that would take our dog.
the property is maintained well, and the staff try to be friendly. the parking is not great, and there were several cars broken into while we were there.
overall, it was fine but not long term.
