My wife and I have lived at Pinto Creek for almost a month now and we really enjoy it. The grounds are kept up very well, good management. The maintenance staff is prompt and reliable. The tenants are friendly, sane, and clean. Some even have really good smelling cigarettes. Only one problem, we had been living there only a week when my truck got broken into. Everything in my truck that I worked for was gone. It was the last thing we expected moving into a nicer area. Unfortunately, my alarm was temporarily disabled because of some maintenance I was doing. I was later told that ?ghetto-ass crack-heads? were known to prowl these nicer areas for our merchandise. On a good note though, I am employed with a good job at a stable IT company here in Austin and I can still barely afford to go to school. Pinto Creek is an expensive but great place to live. Quiet enough for relaxation and study. Just keep an eye out for ghetto-rats.
