If you move to Pinto Creek, you better hope you get put in a building with quiet neighbors. Otherwise, you are f*cked. Our upstairs neighbors seem to enjoy playing the lousdest, bassiest, b-boy music at 3 in the morning, and the management has "punished" them by not letting them renew their lease when it runs out, leaving them to be as loud and stupid as they want until they get kicked out EVENTUALLY. Thanks a LOT, idiots.
