I moved in this past summer of 2005. I've had no problems & would recommend it to anyone. I'd heard that they had management problems, but the new staff is awesome. Every time I've gone in, they're very friendly & reponsive. The only safety issues I've heard is that every once in a while a car may get broken into, but, hey, that happens everywhere. At least it's safer & nicer than West or East Campus. Their prices are very resonable for the size you get. The free covered parking is wonderful & usually plenty of it. The "supposed" murder was a boyfriend who found his girlfriend, so it was a case of domestic violence which is everywhere. I plan on renewing my lease when the time comes.
