I?ve lived here for about 6 months. I have had no pests or theft problems. These apartments are the best that I have lived in. The grass is always green, the pool is clean and the people are nice. I haven?t had to deal with management, but I do recall when I first was looking around trying to decide if I sign a lease here. The agent who I spoke with one day gave me one rent price and wrote it down for me on the brochure. Then when I went back for the second time ready to sign the lease the manager gave me a higher price, I was glad that I had saved the brochure with the lower quoted rent. So the manager abliged to give me that rent special.

Other than that issue everything has been fine here.
