The manager was changed and she is mean. The rent was raised up but things turned worse. Water kept running away for two days before they repaired it. And we payed for the high water bill. Actually the water bill has always been high. There are enough parking lots but my old car was towed away because I didn't drive it "frequently". I almost forgot to say, my car, together with quite a few other cars, were broken in last winter. I know someone even got his car stolen here. Whatever, I will leave soon.
