I think this place has so many bad ratings because no one really comes on here to say how great it is, just to complain about what they think is wrong. The staff here did stretch the truth when we were looking around at first, then once we moved in, things changed a little, but what do you expect, all apartments do that...The maintance is pretty good, we usually get someone over here the day we ask or the next day, they even gave us a new dishwasher. The pool area is very well kept and the overall appearance is very pleasent, its very bright and open. They are a little over priced I might add, but it is on the UT shuttle and is one of the nicer apartments in the area. there is some theft around the area, but hey, its Riverside, what do you expect'
