My girlfriend and I have lived here since 02 and it has sucked pretty damn hard. It wasn't that bad at first until the water pipes started breaking. The old staff left aparments open so people could still shower and get water but the new managment could care less. I mean so long as they get the rent what do they care' Water would go off for a day or two without any notice and they would turn off the phones, at least no one was ever there to talk to. Then they would turn around and charge us for the leakage.

Maintenance is pretty quick.

Parking is alright since we did not live near the center where seems pretty cramped. Lighting could be better.

I will say it has been the most quite place I have lived but the other two places where college apartments.

We do not feel safe at all. We have had clothes stolen from the laundry room on a regular basis even though we are there minutes before the machines stop. One person was robbed at gunpoint in the parking lot and the apartment under us is broken into on a regular basis. I had someone attempt to steal my bike from the second floor balcony. I had the chain locked on the tires just didnt lock it to the railing.

A group of homeless people still live in the lot across the street even with the trees cut down. You can see them having breakfast/lunch/dinner under a tree on the corner atop a blanket with overturned buckets for chairs.

I am a facilities manager for a living and I have to say that for the most part allot of things that tenants get charged for are left broken. The water bill, for instance, would be allot lower if they actually did preventive maintaince.

We get notices of walkthroughs by inspectors and maintance when we get off of work the day before so it gives us about five hours to move our pets out even though the notice is dated two days prior to inspection.

BY FAR THE WORST PART IS THE NEW MANAGMENT! NO ONE IS EVER THERE THAT KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON! NO ONE HAS ANSWERS BUT THE LIST OF EXCUSES GOES ON AND ON AND ON!
