DO NOT LIVE HERE. Since the day I moved in, the neighbors upstairs have been banging around and constantly - 24 hours a day, I think they are on crack - and their kids - 2 yr olds screaming 24/7. No matter how many times I bang on the ceiling or call the police or tell the management - which is a complete joke - they won't stop. Today I was parking my car and another car behind me revved up and came within inches of slamming into me on purpose. Then someone yelled "stop messing with my daughter you -----." SO I called 911, I did not get a license plate b/c it all happened so fast and I did not know what was happening until she was gone. She does not live here.
WHAT'' I have done nothing but try tell mgmt how bad these people need to move. They are on Section 8 or something and they said they have sent them a letter but can't control kids. So I am sure tonight I will be calling the police again. I even had to get prescription sleeping pills so I could sleep.
The neighborhood is completely unsafe, don't even think of sending your kids here to Del Valle ISD, Baty Elementary is 100% pointless. my son hates every single day and if he does not want to go to school, I don't even care nowadays. The teachers hate their jobs b/c everyone there has drug dealing parents who don't care about their children's behavior and all my son wants to do is make friends and he cannot due to the bullying.
MY car I noticed this afternoon has been vandalized also. A terrible wide scratch on one side and a huge dent in the front fender - on the side of the sidewalk...on Cromwell.
DO NOT LIVE HERE I PLEAD!! The management said I can get out of my lease whenever, but due to an eviction (that should not even be there from STONERIDGE) I can't. So I might just be moving back to Dallas.

The police aren't going to respond to your noise complaints very often, if at all, in that area. Everybody is noise over there. Besides, they're dealing with break ins, beatings and murders! If you're concerned about a child or children around you, please call CPS.

Kids exist, hey, you were one too! too picky in my opinion. Now if it was something ABOUT the apartment itself I would understand. Other then that -- people searching for a new apartment shouldn't have to read your whiney and pointless comment. Thank you for wasting 2 minutes of my life.
