Maintenance is non existent. Grass was not cut for >4 weeks. Pool was shut down via city of austin. Weight room was broken the whole timeI lived there 5 years. staff changed at least every 6 months and were rude. Pinto/GHETTo Creek staff did not have a problem with the drug dealers and prostitutes that live here. their response to complaints was to call the police. Even when crack pipes were found in the common areas/walkways. Nobody picks up their dog ----. Again the staff do nothing. Trash is everywhere. The pond was shut down by the city of austin. the ac doesnt work. The apts are not weather proofed. Maintenance is NON-XISTENT. If you call to report a problem you WILL get an answering machine. Nobody will ever call you back. Trees died and fell over, the limbs cut down but left on grass for at least 6 months.

Oh, and let us not forget, that theyre were many, MANY people living in 1 bedroom apts. I'm talking about 4 or 5 people in a 1 bedrrom apt and GHETTO creek refused to do anything. Tenants that leave their trash outside theyre door for 1 month . Again, I had to live here because I had a lease.

THIS PLACE SUCKS, MAINTENEANCE SUCKS, THE OFFICE SUCKS.

AND, what is really sad, is that when I moved in here '04, everybody was really cool.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. UNLESS YOU ARE PAID TO DO SO BY GHETTO CREEK!!!
