seriously, mold is the final straw!

if it can leak, then we have either had it or currently have it. the dishwasher leaks constantly, which in conjunction with the sink, there is a mildew problem under the sink. we have also had issues with the connections for the washer backing up and leaking causing the hardware holding the washroom door to fall off the hinges. the master bathroom back-ed up so much (not from us using that particular bathroom in over a week) that is backed up sewage in the toilet, tub and over-flowed so much that we had standing sewage of 2 inches in the bathroom and master bedroom and the master closet.... (not fun) the maintenance did fix that right away, but then it happened again 1 week later (which was fixed again) these sewage problem was the only thing that maint. was quick about fixing.... but enough with problems in the past; we currently have had issues with the a/c... the freon runs out every 2 weeks and the inside using freezes up in a giant block of ice which is constantly leaking into the walls and carpet. thanks to the inability of the maint. group, we have a wide variety of mold (Black, Pink, Green & fuzzy) and even with sending the leasing office and the property owners a letter via certified mail, does the issue get resolved.... you guessed it, Not at all... they refill the freon and "spray" something to "fix" the issue, but the mold still thrives, but we have cold air for 2 weeks to combat the 105 degrees outside.
