Don't move here..

So it is true as verified by the staff here that the owner did in fact commit suicide. The property has since had the manager and staff walk out leaving the grass un-mowed for a month and a half, the pool closed by the city of austin health department and no working washers or dryers. My front door lock was just replaced after going a month without being able to lock it. In this neighborhood you should lock your doors!! My truck has been broken into twice and I've personally seen two people stabbed at a bar just around the corner (I'm not kidding). I've talked with the corporate office about my valid concerns, and they gave me the same run-around as the "staff"(that has been borrowed from other complexes since everyone else left). Do not move here. It is a true waste of money. Your patience is worth more than they can offer.
