Our apartment is slanted, and the floor isn't very sturdy. We live on the second floor and those stairs don't seem safe. It's one week after we moved in and we still don't have hot water. We have to go to our friend's apartment to take showers. We have been telling the office about the hot water problem almost everyday. There are ants in our apartment. Also, there are cracks and water stains on the ceilings and walls. There are not enough lights around the apartment, so it's very hard to see at night when coming home. Many cars always pass through Willow Creek and we live at the apartment that's facing the street, so it's noisy.
