Pretty gross dirty apartments. Things were constantly breaking as soon as we moved in. Thought the place looked nice at first but after a while the whole place started falling apart.

The water would go out for a couple days, then our air conditioner would die.

Very very poor manegement. Very unfair and Very intrusive - they are constantly keeping an eye on you.

The environment is unsafe as well. Over summer of 2002 I remember there being 1 week where 13 cars were burgalarized. 13 CARS!!!. And that was just 1 week. Lots of drug addicts loitering around. And not cool college kid drug addicts. I had a couple people offer me crack and heroin while I lived there. People would sit on the steps outside of my apartment and smoke crack after I got home from work.

All in a pretty sad place. The management doesnt care at all about you ... just about getting you in and out. The people in the office dont care about making the current residents happy. They care about making the apartment look good to potential renters. Dont get fooled
