Like others have said you get what you pay for and if you are paying to stay here the place is a dump.

We were shown the Point South/BridgeHollow tour. It was a model apartment that looked really good. Their Bait obviously. When me and my brother got the keys to our place things were different.

First thing upon moving in is we had these little tiny roaches that were disgusting. They were everywhere!! Draws!! Vents!! Drains!! Yeck!! One good thing is they were prompt in spraying the apartment but that didn't help. I had to get this paste and apply it along the baseboards and all cracks in order to exterminate these pest. I also used 3 bomb sprays in various rooms.

Next is the cheap stuff there. One drawer from each of the 2 Bathrooms broke!! They were made form very cheap wood. Inside of the drawers and cabinent shelves they are nasty!! Me and my brother put down Cupboard/Drawer liner before we put anything in them. SICK!!

The Windows were so cheap!! The Living Room windows were coming out and when we asked Management to fix them they said okay but no one EVER showed up to fix them. The Carpet is a mess!! STAINS everywhere. My brothers Room had a hole in the corner of his carpet. Once again we told management but nothing got done. They did however clean the carpet which is cool.

The AC was basically noexistent as a way to keep cool but it did bite you in the butt when Austin Energy sent that monthly bill.

There are no cable outlets in the rooms so we had to get LONG coaxial cables in order to supply cable to the bedrooms. Only one cable jack in the entire place and that was in a place TV's don't usually go, in front of a Window. :|

The Shower heads in the tubs don't work well!! Be careful!!

One last bad thing is they NAG too much. They say they want to keep this place looking good outside okay fine. When it's just a pair of shoes that's been sit outside to dry for a say don't send me bugging letters about it. I see the shoes there.

The Gate!!! OMG!! How could I forget The Gate!! Yeah, I lost the key card my fault but I had the Gate programmed on my cell phone to open it when someone would come visit or if I needed to get in. Well the gate makes this LOUD buzzing sound and when I press 9 on my Cell phone to open the gate it doesn't work. It's not because I have it hooked to a cell phone because a friend of mine who stays there has hers on her house phone and it still didn't work. CRUMMY gate!! I had to get into my care and go to the Exit gate to open it for company.

RENT IS DUE ON THE FIRST!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!! This rule sucks!! ALL Apartments allow a 3 day grace period!! Well Obviously not here!! Thank God for Checks!! :)

It's always nice to say what you did like so here goes. Management here is always kind and courteous (outside of bugging letters). The Water Bill is always Prompt. There are people always working to make the grounds look clean. They did a good job. I havent noticed crime or drugs outside of the knock on the door I got from a guy asking if I wanted to bootleg cable.

2/2 Apartment we got could not be setup more perfectly. The Rooms were on either side of the place with the living room in the middle. What's good is Both Rooms had a door to block off their respective Room and Bathroom from the living room. I've never seen this. The Deposit was only $25 upon Move-in can't beat that with a stick!! Rent was only $609. Not bad for two people.

Securitas(security guy in a Toyota Car that Says "Securitas" on it) drives around at night. Is his job Effective though' Not sure.

Even though I didn't get one they offer a microwave.
