I'm currently living at PointSouth, and so far so good. This is my second year in the same apartment, and we've had no major problems. We did summer storage and all of our stuff was still here when we moved back, thank god. The maintenance is prompt when things go wrong...they normally come in threes...don't know why...
We've had problems with the dishwasher and refrigerator, but that's about it, and maintenance was quick to fix those problems.
We had refinished kitchen countertops, ceiling fans, and carpet upon move-in. No major pest problems. The A/C keeps us cool in the summer and the heat keeps us warm in the winter. Our apartment generally stays cool throughout the warm months even if we don't have our A/C on.
The management staff is always nice and friendly. They were always willing to work with us. We even got our carpet shampooed when we came back from the summer.
Pointsouth is a pretty decent place to live. Not the best part of town, but it's on a good UT shuttle route and it's close to a lot of fast food places. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
