I lived here three years, was never once late with my rent, never once bounced a check, yet they scammed me for every cent they could get when I moved out...they made sure I got ZERO deposit back. And while I was there, my car was vandalized (windows smashed in) four times, and once, a screwdriver jammed into my passenger side door lock. All of that valndalism to my car cost me $800, and that's only because I had insurance! They never cared or even offered to help pay for it...or give any extra security or anything!

And the hot water pressure in the shower completely sucked. You'd have times where you could barely fill a glass of water from the shower-head, let alone scrub your body!

Gnats around the sink quite frequently in summertime, otherwise no bug complaints...that is the one GOOD thing I can say for this place, there were no bug problems, except for the gnats. They were good about keeping up on the extermination, in three years there, never saw a single roach.

On the other hand, they started out very animal friendly, and became real jerks about it later on...used to be I could walk my dog anywhere on property...and they knew DAMN WELL I always picked up after my dog, because I even showed them the blue baggies dispenser attached to my dog's leash. But, because a few pig-headed jerks didn't pick up after their dogs, they became very animal unfreindly, confining all animal bathroom use to one small strip of grass for the whole complex...and out there no one but me cleaned up after their dog...and of course my dog didn't really want to go out there...it was like navigating a field of land mines!

They were really nice at first, but they became very unresponsive regards the animals...and the problem of vandalism to my car.

I recommend this place only if you are poor, don't plan on getting any of your deposit back...don't have any animals, don't own a car, don't own anything valuable, and you can't afford anything else. there's definitely better pickings out there. The only reason I didn't move out for three years was because I'd always be unemployed at just the wrong time, and never managed to have enough to put a deposit on a new place. that or my car window would get busted again, and I'd have to spend the money I was gonna use as a deposit elsewhere, to fix my car window instead!

A complete slum, and the management is shifty, and always looking for a way to screw you over. And God help you if your dog went to the bathroom on the way out to the pet area, or out of the complex...even if you picked it up they would try to hit you for a $100 fine!

Rotten place. I recommend it only if you literally cannot afford anything else.

Oh, and not enough lighting in the apartments, or not well-placed enough, creating large, dark areas in your apartment.
