I am so happy for you that you are reading the reviews about these apartments.
All that has been written is true.
The management consists of money-sucking, uneducated, dumb, uncaring, evil, wanting-to-screw-you-over-all-the-time, fake -------.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. You will be better off living anywhere else and paying twice as much.
They hate pets, they gave a citation to my mother for swimming in the pool without my physical presence over there, our ac leaked twice and we have been here only three months... and, BTW, you will never be able to get out of a lease - seriously! according to them you may as well die but your name will stay on the lease - I AM NOT KIDDING!
I want to get out of here. Please don't live here.
