I lived here for 1 year because this was all I could afford while in college. I HATED EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!!! The reviews are so true about the model apartment being completely different from the apartment they will lease to you. Horrible invasive management. I came home on more than one occasion to find that the shady maintenance had been in my apartment for no reason whatsoever. In addition, I came home from Christmas break to find the beer in my refrigerator to be missing and pieces of broken beer bottle on my kitchen floor. The management does not care. In one year my car was broken into twice as well. The foundation is horrible and I had a terrible bug problem because the door did not fit the frame correctly. The maintenance sucks and never fixes anything correctly. I had problems with a leaky air conditioner at least 5 times during a 1-year period. Oh, and it took the maintenance at least 2-3 days to get to it, so I had to deal with rusty water dripping into my bathroom sink making a complete mess. I live in a much nicer apartment complex now and cannot understand how I ever lived in that slum. I know it's cheap but believe me a little extra money to live somewhere else is worth your sanity. DON'T LIVE HERE!!!
