It's a real old property. Not safe. When you are signing the lease, the management appeared to be so professional, nice and helpful. They would tell you they are doing an upgrade costing them 2 million or so. Believe it or not, it really sucks. They start the construction so early and it lasts for the rest of the day. They are supposed to clean up your apartment before your lease starts. However, my friend had his carpet all wet on the day he moved in and they said they are not responsible for it and could do nothing about it. The appliances (A/C, ventilation etc.) and things in bathroom kept broken. Although they fix them in timely manner, it went down again a week later. The problem is not they fix it or not, THE APPLIANCES NEEDED TO BE RENEW!!!

**Attention**
Be aware of the following points when you are looking at the contract:
1. You have no right to terminate the contract. You can only sign a 9-month or 12-month lease. If you wanna leave early, you have to PAY for the remaining rent till the end of contract at the time you leave ( Though they have right to terminate your contract)

2. Be careful when choosing term of lease. You can't extend your lease for a month or so. They only thing you can do is extend for a short-term(9-month) or 12-month lease. They won't allowd you to extend the lease even for a week (e.g. The end date of the contract is in the middle of your final, they understand you are being stressful....but....YOU HAVE TO MOVE OUT OF THE APARTMENT even though you are IN YOUR FINALS week)

Don't park EXPENSIVE cars in the parking lot....My friend's CD player (in the car) was being stolen... And there's someone got their 4 tiers stolen..

DON'T EVER LIVE IN THIS PROPERTY IF YOU CAN FIND ANOTHER.....the display they show you properly is goin' to be in Bridge Hollow (another property they own next to Point South..........) and it's sooooo different from Point South.....

p.s. The management aren't so nice when you tell them you wanna move out
